Gu while running, Choc milk afterwards
Lunch: Left over Chicken Alfredo
Snack: Green Salad and few More bites of that yummy fettucini
Dinner: 2 slices of Spinach and Mushroom pizza
Reward: 2 glasses of red wine =)
